Why Yoga? Yoga is deep self-care; it encourages the body to relax, to let go of what needs letting go. The body will gain strength, more stability, and flexibility. The mind will calm and unwind. The heart and soul will soften and open. You will prosper, you will thrive, you will be nourished.

Your safety is our number one priority.

Our space has an air purifier, windows will be open and masks will be on. Classes will hold a maximum of 4 students to ensure proper Covid safety precautions.

Yoga Classes

Candlelit Gentle Hatha

Tuesday, 6pm - 7pm

Gentle in rhythm and pace; your body will find stillness in a variety of poses that allow for openness and gradual softening of muscles. Fluid sequencing with easeful and meditative postures will promote tension release, increased flexibility and deeper awareness of your breath, body and mind. You will leave class feeling lighter, softer and restored.

*This class is for beginner yoga students or for those who want to take it slow.

Vinyasa

Sunday, 4pm - 5pm

Dance-like in rhythm and pace; your body will take you on a journey of fluid movement through active use of the breath. Sequences will be crafted to soothe and nourish not only your body, but also your mind and soul. Swift and meditative sequences will build throughout class, and will open, stretch, strengthen, and build heat; you will leave feeling spacious, stronger and rejuvenated.

*This class is for intermediate to advanced yoga students.

Private Sessions

Classes by Appointment

I offer private sessions, which are tailored to your needs and goals within your yoga practice. Each session includes prior consultation where you are able to express specific areas of the body, specific poses, meditation or breath work you would like to focus on. I am committed to your practice, your health and your heart.

*Privates are open to all levels: Beginner-Advanced.
